Here’s exactly what’s covered, what can void the warranty, and how to get a fast replacement if you ever need one.

✅ What’s Covered by the LEDPowersport Lifetime Warranty?

Our lifetime warranty covers all LED headlight kits, including:

• H4 and H13 plug-and-play LED kits
• Dual-beam and single-beam configurations
• High Power Series (130W) LED kits
• High Output and Standard LED kits
• Snowmobile, ATV, and UTV applications

This warranty includes:

• LED chip failure
• Internal driver or CANbus malfunction
• Connector issues caused by normal use
• Brightness or beam performance issues (excluding damage)

⚠️ What Voids the Warranty

 

To get the best performance, LED headlight kits must be installed using clean nitrile or latex gloves. Touching the chip or lens with bare hands can damage the LEDs and cause early failure.

Your warranty is void if:

• Bulbs are handled without gloves
• Improper wiring or reverse polarity is used
• LEDs are exposed to water damage or impact
• A rectifier was required but not used on an AC-powered system

💡 How to Request a Warranty Replacement

 

If you have a failed bulb, we’ll replace it fast. Just follow these steps:

1. Take a photo of the issue (bulb, connector, beam output, etc.).
2. Email or message us with your order number, machine year/make/model, and your photo.
3. Send the warranty shipping/processing fee to our PayPal at dmaurer15@gmail.com:
   
• $20 for Standard Series
• $25 for High Output Series
• $45 for High Power Series (130W)

Be sure to include this info in your PayPal “message to seller”:

• Order number
• Year, make, and model of your machine
• Your shipping address
• Note: “Warranty Replacement – LED Headlight”

Once received, we’ll ship your replacement out promptly — no invoice or RMA required.

🔧 Always Use Gloves When Installing

 

We always recommend wearing blue nitrile or latex gloves when installing any LED kit. Even small amounts of skin oil or residue can affect heat transfer or damage the chip — which will void your warranty.
