Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: GLOVES (nitrile, latex, or rubber) MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN HANDLING AND INSTALLING LEDS, CANBUS AND ALL WIRING COMPONENTS. THE IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR FAILURE TO WEAR GLOVES VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO- handling the bulbs by the fan ballast or trying not to touch the front of bulbs or connections doesn’t count as using gloves. (This includes locking clips, collars & components)

Please Note: Any Defective LEDs or issues need to be reported within 5 days for US orders, 2 days for international orders of tracking showing delivery or no replacements will be made. NO EXCEPTIONS.


LIFETIME WARRANTY: MOST OF OUR LED HEADLIGHT KITS CARRY A LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. This means that we will replace the failed or defective LEDs with the same or comparable product (Buyer responsible for shipping and processing fee.) Please Read below for additional terms. If we suspect misuse of warranty or returns, we reserve the right to deny claim. Rectifiers are not included in our Lifetime Warranty.


Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns as stated in our policy that is found on all product pages under ā€œRefund Policy/Warrantyā€. Returns are not accepted on LEDS. This also means that we do NOT give credit toward different LEDs by returning opened or installed LEDs that you’ve previously purchased from us, regardless of reason. Whether that be that you decide you want a brighter set or a dimmer set. LEDs can’t be resold once they’ve been sent out to you. We can’t risk sending our customers handled or previously installed LEDs that could be damaged or potentially have hand oil on them that will cause them to burn out or fail prematurely. If you received the wrong item or a mistake was made with your order, we will make it right by replacing them or sending you the correct LEDS.

(We do not accept returns on discounted or sale items, or any electrical components including LEDs Products. all such sales are final.) Sale-priced and discounted items are sold as-is and do not include warranty coverage.

All warranty requests must be submitted by the original purchaser and must include the original order number, full name, and the email address used at checkout. For security reasons, warranty requests submitted without this information cannot be processed. In addition, failure to purchase and properly install the required rectifier (when applicable for the machine) voids all warranties, expressed or implied. LEDs damaged due to incorrect electrical setup — including operating the lights without the correct rectifier — are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

For security reasons, LEDPowersportā„¢ will only respond to return, refund, cancellation, or warranty requests submitted by the original purchaser from the email address used at checkout. Messages or requests from any other person or email address will not receive a response.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect orders or mistakes on ordering LEDS for the correct machine on the customers part. We have no responsibility to replace or exchange LEDS if the customer bought for the wrong year make model or engine size so please make sure you are ordering for the correct machine or contact us to ask prior. No returns refunds or exchanges for mistakes that were not ours.

In rare cases that we do accept a return there will be a 30% original shipping/restocking deduction on your payment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

We warranty all of our products, so if you receive a damaged or non working item, please contact us and we will do our best to get it replaced. (Within 5 days of delivery, 2 for international)

Damage during Installation: Please note that all damage done to LEDS during installation is not covered by us regardless of time frame. All Warranty shipping and processing fees will apply for replacement.

We are NOT responsible for lost items by the post office. We CAN replace them at our discretion. Ā Buyer is responsible for contacting us to request insurance on their package if they choose at their expense.

Buyer is Responsible for entering correct shipping address. If buyer enters incorrect address and package is lost, mis-shipped or delivered to the wrong address due to buyer error, we have no responsibility to replace the products that were purchased, so please make sure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We will not replace lost or missing items due to buyer error. Please request shipping insurance to have your item insured by the shipper when checking out.

IF WE SUSPECT MISUSE OF RETURNS OR MISSING ITEM CLAIMS WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY CLAIM AND OR REQUIRE PROOF.

There is a manufacturer warranty on most of the items that we sell. In addition to that we offer a lifetime warranty on most of our LEDS. This means that at our discretion we will replace defective or damaged LEDS. We reserve the right to require pictures of the defective LEDS or have them sent back to us in order to inspect them. A shipping and processing fee for all warranty claims IS required. This usually amounts to $20, but may vary based on the actual product. High Output Kits are $30 per pair and High Power Series $45. Ā International and Canadian orders there is an additional shipping charge on top of the warranty fee for replacement. This varies based on location. Please contact us with any specific questions. Thank you.

Please Note: Damaged on arrival claims, Defective LED claims and Mistakes on orders we need to be notified within 5 days of receiving them. Past this time frame, all warranty shipping/processing fees apply. International Damaged on Arrival claims: Defective LED Claims and mistakes on orders we need to be notified within 2 days of receiving them. Ā They are required to be sent back to us to inspect. All return shipping fees for us to inspect them are the buyers responsibility. Shipping insurance is required to be purchased for all international orders or no replacements will be made by us. All replacement shipping and warranty fees are required to be paid by buyers on all international orders due to cost. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please Note: Handling the LEDS without gloves voids any exchanges or replacements even if the set is claimed to not fit your application, so make sure to wear gloves, or no gloves exchange will be approved.

Reported non fitting LEDs after the 5 day period of tracking showing delivery will not be replaced or refunded. (2 days for international orders and 5 for US orders)

International Orders: Due to how costly it is to process and ship international orders, there are no returns or refunds on all international orders. No exceptions, so please make sure your order is correct before ordering. Thank you.

Special conditions for High Power Series & 120 watt are $45 warranty fee. We recommend professional installation due to cost and are not responsible for LEDs that fail due to personal attempts at installation, lack of proper installation procedure or use of gloves and hand oils causing chipsets to burn out instantly. NO EXCEPTIONS.Ā 

Support Request & Claim Closure Policy

All support requests, return inquiries, and order-related claims (including incorrect item, damage, or billing concerns) require a timely customer response to remain active. If requested information is not provided or no response is received within 7 days, the request will be considered closed due to non-response.Ā Closed requests are final and will not be reopened. We do not process returns, refunds, replacements, or partial credits on inactive or abandoned claims.Ā Any request for partial refund or adjustment must be part of an active, verified claim. Requests submitted after a case has been closed, or without completing the original support process, will not be eligible for review.

Shipping Loss & Times: LEDPowersport LLC and/or its owners are not responsible for lost items by any mail carrier. We recommend the purchase of shipping insurance on all packages in case your package is lost in the mail system or damaged by the postal carrier. We are also NOT responsible for any shipping or delivery times and make no claims or promises on delivery time once the package is out of our hands. This also means that we are not responsible for any delays due to postal or carrier strikes whether this be nationally or internationally. We have no ability to recall an item or speed up delivery once a package leave our hands. LEDPowersport is NOT RESPONSIBLE for refunding or cancelling any orders that have already been shipped. Once an order leaves our hands we can’t control anything with the delivery carrier and therefore will not refund orders based on delays, strikes or being lost. PLEASE REQUEST AND PURCHASE A FASTER SERVICE IF YOU WANT A FASTER SERVICE IN ADDITION TO REQUESTING SHIPPING INSURANCE FROM THE CARRIER SO YOUR PACKAGE CAN BE REIMBURSED BY THE CARRIER IF ITS LOST.

Our warranty is not transferable between people or sale of machine: Please note that each warranty request will need to be accompanied with original order number, first, last name and email. Any one other than original purchaser will not be able to make a warranty request.Ā 

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

All shipping fees — whether paid by the customer or incurred by LEDPowersportā„¢ — are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, any postage costs, carrier surcharges, handling fees, or paid upgrades to faster or insured services (such as USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, or Signature Confirmation). Once an order has shipped, no shipping fee or delivery upgrade cost will be refunded under any circumstance, regardless of order status, cancellation request, or delivery delay caused by the carrier.Ā 

Shipments refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect are not eligible for refund and may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees

All customer communication must remain within the original email thread associated with the order. For security, documentation, and tracking purposes, LEDPowersportā„¢ does not respond to new or separate email chains. Any messages sent outside the original thread will not be monitored or answered.


Technical Support Scope

LEDPowersportā„¢ provides complimentary technical support to assist with initial installation and setup of our products within a reasonable period following delivery to ensure proper installation and normal operation. Requests made long after delivery, after extended non-use, or that involve repeated consultation on the same topic may fall outside the scope of complimentary support and may not receive additional troubleshooting beyond previously provided guidance. Technical support does not include indefinite troubleshooting, ongoing consultation, or repeated diagnosis of normal operating characteristics.

Support Requests:Ā All technical support, warranty, and order inquiries must be submitted by email to ledpowersportllc@gmail.comĀ so they can be properly documented and reviewed. Phone calls, text messages, and voicemails are not monitored for technical support.

Support Scope Policy: For safety, liability, and product-compatibility reasons, LEDPowersport provides technical, electrical, wiring, and installation support only for products sold and supported directly by LEDPowersport, and does not provide guidance for third-party or competitor products.


Customer Conduct & Communication Policy

LEDPowersport is committed to providing professional and respectful customer support.

To ensure productive communication, we reserve the right to pause or decline further correspondence in cases involving:

  • Harassing, abusive, or threatening language

  • Escalated communications that are no longer solution-oriented

  • Repeated messages that restate the same concern after a response has been provided

In such cases, prior responses and stated policies will stand as our final position on the matter.

The LEDPowersportā„¢ Lifetime Warranty applies only to products purchased directly through the official LEDPowersportā„¢ website (www.ledpowersport.com). Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, resellers, or auction platforms — including eBay — are not eligible for lifetime warranty coverage.

NOTE: LEDPOWERSPORT LLC AND OR ITS OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPROPER USE OR INSTALLATION OR USE AND INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCTS THAT IT SELLS, OR THE RESULTS THEROF. Ā
