This video shows how to install LEDPowersport™ 130 W High Power Series H4 LED Headlights and matching H4 Rectifiers on a 2002 Polaris Pro X 440 Edge snowmobile. The upgrade replaces stock halogen bulbs with bright, white, 13 000-lumen LEDs for massive trail-visibility improvement.

Installation Summary

• Disassembly (0:13 – 0:31): Remove the plastic headlight protector and unplug the factory halogen connectors.
• Required Components (1:01 – 1:11): Two H4 LED bulbs + H4 Rectifier pair for AC→DC conversion.
• Bulb Preparation (2:19 – 3:10): Wear nitrile or latex gloves to keep hand oil off the LED chips (required for warranty). Remove and discard the rubber boots from the old halogens (3:52 – 4:13).
• Installing New LEDs (4:14 – 6:47): Remove old H4 bulbs, install the indexable LED bulbs, lock with the retaining clip, then reattach collars.
