All order questions, installation guidance, warranty requests, returns, fitment help, and technical support are handled by email.

To ensure accurate, documented, and consistent service for all customers, LEDPowersport™ operates as an online-based business and does not provide customer support by phone or text.


Important: Warranty, Returns & Order Support

All customer service, warranty, and return requests must be submitted by email. This allows us to properly review order details, provide accurate guidance, and maintain documentation when required.

When contacting us by email, please include:

  • Your order number
  • First and last name
  • Year, make, and model of your machine
  • A clear description of the reason for contacting us

Incomplete inquiries that do not include all required information will not receive a response until the necessary details are provided. Support requests are reviewed in the order received once complete.

Please note: Sending multiple emails or messages regarding the same inquiry does not speed up response times. Duplicate messages may separate conversations across threads and can delay processing while inquiries are consolidated.

Support inquiries are reviewed in the order received during normal business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time). Messages sent outside business hours will be reviewed in the order that they were received.

LEDPowersport™ is committed to providing professional, respectful, and solution-oriented support. We ask the same in return.

To maintain a productive and respectful support environment, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue correspondence in cases involving:

  • Harassing, abusive, or threatening language
  • Escalated communications that are no longer solution-focused
  • Repeated messages that restate the same concern after a response has already been provided

In these situations, previously provided responses and published policies will stand as our final position.
