2022 Arctic Cat Blast 4000 ZR Snowmobile LED Headlight Kit

2022 Arctic Cat Blast 4000 ZR LED Headlight Upgrade

Upgrade the factory headlight on your 2022 Arctic Cat Blast 4000 ZR with crisp-white LED lighting from LEDPowersport®. This plug-and-play H4 conversion is designed for the stock headlight connection and replaces the original bulb.

Fitment

• 2022 Arctic Cat Blast 4000 ZR
• Bulb size: H4
• One bulb required for this sled
• OEM bulb number: 0609-956
• OEM headlight assembly number: 0609-964

Choose Your LED Output

Select 8500-lumen LEDs, 15,000-lumen LEDs, or the 130W High Power Series. The High Power Series features a crisp-white 6000–6500K color temperature.

Check Your Sled’s Power Before Installation

If your sled has AC power at the headlight plug, add the LEDPowersport® H4X AC-to-DC rectifier with your LED kit. The rectifier converts AC power to DC for LED operation. Do not operate LEDs on AC power without the required rectifier.

Installation

This kit is designed to connect to the stock H4 headlight wiring without cutting or splicing. Watch our H4 LED headlight installation video for a walkthrough.
