LED Headlight Upgrade for the 2023 Arctic Cat Blast 4000

Upgrade the headlight on your 2023 Arctic Cat Blast 4000 with an LED bulb kit from LEDPowersport®. This model uses one H4 headlight bulb (Arctic Cat OEM bulb part number 0609-956, headlight assembly 0609-964).

Fitment

• 2023 Arctic Cat Blast 4000
• Bulb type: H4
• Vehicle uses one headlight bulb. LEDPowersport kits are sold as a two-bulb set.
• Designed for models with a replaceable H4 bulb. Does not fit factory-sealed LED headlight assemblies.

Check Your Electrical System

Some snowmobiles supply AC power at the headlight connector. If your connector supplies AC, install an H4X AC-to-DC rectifier to protect the LED bulbs. Operating LED bulbs on AC power without the correct rectifier voids the LED warranty.

If you experience high/low beam switching or high-beam indicator compatibility issues, H4X Canbus drivers may help. Canbus drivers do not convert AC power to DC.

Installation

Watch our H4 LED headlight installation video for general installation guidance. Check the bulb seating and headlight aim after installation.

Wear clean latex or rubber gloves when handling the bulbs. Oils from your hands can damage components.
