Important Fitment & Electrical Notes (Read Before Install)

• Electrical systems vary by year and trim. Some machines may require an additional component to prevent flicker or maintain factory high/low behavior.
• If your machine uses AC power at the headlight circuit or experiences flicker: a rectifier may be required (sold separately).
• If your machine triggers a bulb-out warning, strobing, or inconsistent output: a CANbus / anti-flicker driver may be required (sold separately).

Install Tips for Best Beam Pattern

• Wear nitrile or latex gloves when handling LEDs. Skin oils can damage LED components and may void warranty.
• After install, aim headlights on a flat surface 20–25 feet away on level ground.
• Fine-tune alignment by adjusting the bulb orientation (indexing) and the headlight housing aim (up/down) for your specific reflector/housing.

• Backed by LEDPowersport™ with warranty coverage for normal use and proper installation.
• Warranty handling requires proper install practices including glove use and correct electrical compatibility components when needed.
• Rectifiers are available when required, but are not included by default (requirements vary by machine and circuit type).
