Upgrade your 2003–2009 Ski-Doo REV chassis snowmobile from factory halogen bulbs to bright, crisp white LED headlights with this direct-fit LEDPowersport® conversion kit.

These LED bulbs are designed for plug-and-play installation using the factory headlight connectors and mounting locations. No cutting, splicing, or permanent modification is required.

This kit includes everything needed to upgrade one snowmobile:

• High-beam and low-beam functionality
• CANBUS driver
• Direct-fit factory-style electrical connections

CANBUS Driver Included

Some Ski-Doo REV models may have difficulty switching correctly between high and low beam after an LED conversion. This kit includes a CANBUS driver to help maintain proper high/low beam operation on applicable REV models.

Plug-and-Play Installation

Simply remove the original halogen bulbs, connect the LED replacements to the factory wiring, and reinstall them into the factory headlight housings.

Bright 6000K–6500K White Light

The LEDs produce a 6000K–6500K crisp white light for a cleaner, brighter appearance than traditional halogen bulbs. The multi-sided LED design helps provide broader light coverage and reduce dark spots in the factory reflector housing.

Fitment

Fits: 2003–2009 Ski-Doo snowmobiles equipped with compatible replaceable halogen headlight bulbs, including many REV-platform applications.

Does not fit Ski-Doo Gen 4 models or factory sealed LED headlight assemblies.
