Factory parts reference: Headlight assembly 0609-967. Factory bulbs are H4, part number 0609-956. This application uses two bulbs.

Fits applications with changeable halogen bulbs. Does not fit sealed LED headlight housings.

AC power note: If your headlight plugs supply AC power, add one pair of H4/H4X rectifiers for the two bulbs. Using the LEDs on AC power without rectifiers can damage them and void the warranty. Shop H4-style AC-to-DC rectifiers.
