2025 Ski-Doo Gen4 Snowmobile LED Headlight Upgrade Kit
Upgrade your 2025 Ski-Doo Gen4 snowmobile with a plug-and-play LED headlight kit from LEDPowersport®. This kit fits 2025 Ski-Doo Gen4 models with replaceable halogen bulbs. It does not fit sleds with sealed LED headlight housings.
Choose your brightness
Select the LED output that suits your riding:
- Standard: 60W, 8,500-lumen rated LED bulbs
- 100W: 10,000–12,000-lumen rated LED bulbs
- High Power: 130W, up to 13,000-lumen rated LED bulbs
Plug-and-play—no wiring modifications
Remove the original bulbs and plug the LEDs into your Ski-Doo’s factory wiring harness. No extra wiring modifications or rectifiers are needed for this application. The kit retains the factory high- and low-beam function.
